I wanna make it look like modern Mini.
So I decide to make a new roll cage & modern racing seat, etc.

Filled the holes.

Interior heat insulation.
Cut a simular size of aluminum foil.
http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a205/voda-kent/Mini/DSCF2441.jpg
Use masking tape to measure the size.
http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a205/voda-kent/Mini/DSCF2443.jpg
Then put it on the aluminum foil.
http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a205/voda-kent/Mini/DSCF2444.jpg
Glue it on.

Great building there! Am definitely going to try some of the foil techniques you used...very clever. Love the corrugated piping too, looks very realistic. Can't wait to see this finished.
