Maybe your clipping?

what is that ? how can i correct it?

Adjust the gain level on amp, turn it down. Clipping means your turning up the volume too much and asking too much from your amp. Say your amp starts clipping at volume 40, if you lower your gain, you may be able to go up to volume 45-50 before clipping, etc...

are you bridging the subs to a single channel? if so the you are probably running at the wrong ohms and the amp can handle it. thats what it sounds like. check and make sure that your wiring on the back of the subs is right. also that amp is designed for 4 ohms. not 2 ohms.

amp probably overheated ..... it's getting warmer outside

overheated? how do i prevent it? it only does it when turned up 2/3 of volume gain is about 1/4 the way up on amp...

it was mounted to the box i took it off it today i noticed it broke two heads off the screws holding it to the box.. its a kicker kx 800.2 in and it is bridged to two kicker L-7 15's 4 ohms in series broke down to 2ohms.. i belevie... hit hard all up til a couple days ago.. i mean it hits still but certian songs it cuts out and comes back on..

so the amp is seeing like 1 or 1/2 ohm per channel, could be why it's clipping and overheating .....

the class D amps are typically mono (1 channel) and are designed to play low loads like that.

yea the class d that are full range are called icepower instead of class d because they help with the distortation of a class d.

I have heard them already, a guy I compete with in MECA SQ won Best SQ system at finals last year using them.
