Well, I'm gonna go against the flow...I honestly think he's alive. If 2004 rolls around and he's not back...then I'll consider him dead.
Biggie and Elvis are indeed dead though...

Sorry guys if I sound bitchy about this but I couldn't really care less.
I've just been reading the latest news feeds about the bombing in Bali and looking at the photos of the faces of those who have been killed, one-after-another. It's a terrible tragedy and I'm sorry but the apparent death/non-death of a celebrity (which I can appreciate is important to a lot of people) real pales in comparison to the loss of so many innocent lives not to mention the scores who are left injured and maimed.
To be honest right now my thoughts are with the victims, their families and their communities rather than the is or isn't he over Tupac...
