does any one know to correctly install this item, does the motor have to be cool, is it spring loaded? any one have the instructions? durango 2001

ok for thoes who didn't know and after 15 views facing motor left side
plugs go 2 4 6 8
right side 1 3 5 7
on the cap starting with the number 1 wrote on cap goes
1 8 4 3 6 5 7 2 thanks for nothing guys
plugs go 2 4 6 8
