Power door lock problems

The power door auto locks on our 1992 Voyager were cycling continuously. And the Door Ajar light kept time with the cycling. Got one of my kids to pull the door inward and it would stop. I went to the forum thinking it was an electrical problem. That seems to be the common type of problem everyone else has experienced. I checked the door switches. They all were working. Because this vehicle is getting on in age I thought I would check the door alignment.

Lo and behold the door latch assembly was actually loose. I tightened it up and the problem is gone. Also tightened the driver's door. Never overlook the obvious.
