Ok, so I've noticed for awhile now that whenever there’s a decent amount of rainfall, the rear driver-side carpet gets wet. Sometimes the front driver-side carpet gets slightly wet, but I'm pretty sure whatever water is in the front has worked its way to the from the rear. Recently I've started to notice puddles in the rear driver-side carpet.
One thing that may be of interest is recently I had to replace my rear struts and springs. To remove the old struts my mechanic had to remove the rear seats a little. He noticed that the back part of the driver-side rear seat was completely wet.
I'm wondering is there anything that I can do to fix this water problem, or is there anywhere I can take my car to get it repaired? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
THANKS.

I do not if you live in a climate that you have rust. Anyways my 93 lesabre had the inner fender on the left rear rust out. I fixed it patching with fiberglass and then some sheetmetal to protect from the tires splashing things up on it. My back seat had to be removed and the rust was in that area too. Then I just patched with fiberglass and let it go. The rain was making its way down along the back of the back seat and into the rear floor pan. Only found it all out when I was driving back from a trip for 1000 miles in the rain. I had a inch of water in the back floor pan, until I foound out the leak. Hope this helps.
