Is there any software available to reprogram the standard gm computer from laptops?

There is one for a personal computer and it is an AC Delco program.You need a computer with pentuim 4.Only scan tool that will work with the AC Delco program is GM's factory scan tool Tech 2.The Tech 2 is about $3600.00 and you can get one from the dealer if you can.Contact a Vetronix rep and there is web site.Here is the website, www.vetronix.com You can reprogram GM's used computers,1996 and up.GM has it smart,their computers can be programed a whole bunch of times

$3600 plus a used P4 laptop is about $4000.

Can anything be done on a 93? TBI chips....
I know I can order pre programmed ones online, but I'd like to either reprogram the original or program my own new chip...

There is so much information on the net for this. You should find out which ECM you have and to a google search for burning chips for the ECM.
