exhaust leak???

when i hit the gas i hear this fluttering sound that sounds like its coming from where the header meats the engine, could this be a bad gasket on the header? i only hear this sound from inside the car and its barely noticable, but as the person who drives the car everyday i notice it and it just bugs me. if the problem is a bad gasket how hard it is to replace on a 2.4l?
