Cooling problem

Had a post, someone must have deleted it. Bought a brand new radiator at a parts store. It had no barb to attach the 3/8 I.D. overflow hose from the top of the coolant reservoir. I installed the rad and blocked off the overflow hose.
Couldn't keep coolant in it.
It seems it blew it out through the rad cap at shutdowns.
I bought a plastic plumbing fixture at a hardware store, 1/2 inch pipe thread on one end, 3/8 inch barb on other end. Drilled a 1/2 inch plus a little more, hole near the top of the pass side tank and epoxied it in. Restored the 3/8 inch overflow hose connection.
Problem solved. It needs the circulation.
Look out for these knockoff chinese rad tanks.

Nope, it was not deleted. I believe your original post on your issue was at N Body Problem Diagnosis.
