I found out what was making my truck pop through the TBI and run like crap only after warmup
It was the plug wires, I have had plug wires go bad before but never cause the type of problems I experienced in my truck, plus they were only a year old and I kind of ruled them out as a problem because of this, one thing for sure I won't buy the Acell cut to fit again. I don't know how long the Bosch wires will last or if they are any better than the Acells, they are what the store had on hand at the time, only thing I don't really like is that they are much to long, you'd think they'd get them at least close to the proper length.
I'm still at a loss though as to why they only acted up when warm, this really threw me, I was convinced it was a bad sensor or emissions device because of this
I want to thank YUKON2000 for the input.

It was probably a bad connection that got worse as it heated up (metal expands when heated).
Glad to hear to you got it fixed. I bet it is running real good now.
