94 spirit with electrical quirk

Hi
My 94 spirit just developed a problem.When i turn on the Heater blower or headlights the electrical door locks chatter the gages go crazy.it acts like there is a short involving 3 circutes. The blower motor runs slower also.
any thoughts would be helpful.
