92 Ciera Track bar

Ok So i'm removing the rear track bar. Left side bolt and nut came out okay. Right side isn't going so okay, got the nut off fine, but the bolt that protrudes through the bracket and out the other side of the adapter. It's stuckin there. I can spin the bolt with my ratchet but it doesn't seem to be coming out at all. Anything I'm forgetting here?
