My car clicks once when I turn it either left or right. It does not do it every time and been doing it for a week with not seeming to get worse yet. It kinda feels like it's coming from underneath or at least the front end (not sure tho). Just curious what it could be. Thanx.

Welcome to AF.
The year might help, though its hard to say for sure.
Noises can be interpreted differently from person to person.
That being said, it could be something in the steering assembly.
Only way to know for sure is to get it up and look under it, preferably with jack stands or on a lift for saftey.
It is Friday the 13th

It sounds to me that one or both of the constant velocity joints are bad, a good way to check is to look at the axles and see if the rubber boots are damaged. If the boot is damaged the grease leaks out and the joint wears causing it to make a knocking or clicking sound on turns

Most shops will look at stuff life this for free and give you exact problem and cost. Even if you don't plan on fixing it right away. Atleast you will know exactly what it is. Just bring it by a front end shop early one morning and you can be in and out.
