I have a great 1998 Honda accord Coupe, V6 Vtec, with 181K miles. Runs perfectly. I need to sell it because we are just outgrouwing it and need a bigger rig. So...people call and then hang up immedietly when they hear the mileage...why are people afraid to buy a HONDA with those miles....it can easily go 350K + if it's taken care of...and it has been...very well taken care of actually....

Anyone want to buy it....$6K ????? I have Pictures I can send!

350k is very very optimistic

My suggestions to people having trouble selling cars for whatever reason is to

1) Take it to CarMax. They are going to screw you, but they will buy any car. At least this way you have a back up plan

2) It sounds like your trying to sell local. Try going regional or nation wide. Ebay, craigslist, ect. Cars have different values in different citys, regions ect. Look it up on KBB if you dont believe me. I live in Vegas and I just bought a car in Chicago because the same cars out here with the same features cost $8000 more

3) Donate it. When you donate your car you can get a tax deduction for the full value. No negoation.

What ever works for you. Good Luck

This thread is almost a year old, chances are they already sold the car by now. Someone who has been here as long as you have, should know how to read post dates by now.
