My digital gauge cluster, power locks, radio, and dome lights quit working. The temp. display, sun roof, power windows, and lights/brake lights all still work. It is not a fuse. can anyone help? or has anyone had this problem?
:screwy: :banghead: Thanks!

I would probably check the RDO bat fuse 19-- 15 amp, should be in the I/P fuse block. If the fuse is good, check the terminals where the fuse plugs in, one of the terminals, should be hot, use a testlite. If there is nothing there, that will lead you to the underhood fuse block. You see, we're backtracking the circuit. That circuit appears to go through several fuses. In the end, it will lead to the red cable at the positive battery post.

The radio fuse 19 isn't blown. I'll check the terminal with the test light when I get home. Thanks

OK. That terminal is getting power. Now What??? All the fuses in the underhood box are good. Is there a specific terminal i can check for power? Did I mention the HVAC doesn't work either?

If you have voltage at the terminal for fuse 19, then the other terminal should be the circuit that the fuse protects. You need to check for voltage on that wire, orange, with the fuse plugged in. Do the fuse terminals themselves look ok? One isn't recessed any further than the other, is it? I don't know how easy it will be to get at that orange wire? According to my wiring diagram, that circuit carries voltage to several of the circuits, that you seem to be having trouble with.

I don't know if checking voltage and ground at the radio would be easier? Orange wire is voltage and black wire is ground. If you have voltage and ground at the radio and it won't power-up. I'm not sure what else to tell you?

The voltage at the fuse terminal, is it system voltage?

I just wanted to add, you may have to take a voltage reading, with the circuit loaded.
