putting new intercooler on srt4

i was wondering if the srt would gain some hp if i add a bigger intercooler...
everything is stock except for the blow off valve and the intake,,,,

I'm pretty sure you don't get get any hp from just an intercooler.

You won't, you might actually lose some, especially if you are still pcm controlled boost. Over time though...with the more mods you do, the power gain will increase.

it depends on the intercooler. the CCA and some of the smaller direct replacements have actually shown to gain nearly 10hp. the bigger ones are going to hurt power because of the pressure drop. with more mods, you will need a bigger one

running the right intercooler has the Tex seal of approval!
