95 lesabre a/c comes on with heat

Just had the Radiadior changed and now the temp gage starts at the right temp but when you start to drive it drops down to 110 and no heat. Seems like the A/C comes on when the heat is turned on.

Why did you have the radiadior changed? Was the engine over heating? If the engine temp is droping it isn't because of the AC running. What keeps the engine at temp is the thermostat under the top rad hose. Was your thermostat replaced? Another reason why of why no heat is low coolant.
