Welcome to AF!!! Well first you've got to remove the "trim plate" or bezel. On the newer (95-up) luminas, I believe it's all one piece from the headlight switch clear over to the stereo/climate controls. The bezel is held on by retaining clips which will give, you simply pull the bezel off using a bit of force. With the bezel off you'll see the screws that hold the radio in the dash. After removing the screws the radio should pull out. Of course it's still connected to speaker, antenna, and ground wires.

gw84 is correct. I also needed to have the tilt steering all the way down and put the car in first gear to get the coloum shifter out of the way to get the bezel out. Of course that is if you have a column shifter.
Hope this helps,
Sunny
