You can try the link below for the latest Chrysler type scanners & Tools but very pricey.
https://techauthority.gltghosting.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/CustomerHome?storeId=10051&langId=-1&catalogId=10051
That is also the place to get factory manuals by the way.
Otherwise some of the other guys probably have some ideas that work for them.

If your vehicle is '96 or newer, then any OBDII scan tool should pull codes for you. I purchased this (http://www.amazon.com/Equus-3120-Diagnostic-Post-1996-Vehicles/dp/B000KID2ZC/ref=sr_1_4/102-0137329-2868946?ie=UTF8&s=automotive&qid=1176470754&sr=8-4) scanner when I bought my van (does OBDI also), but haven't had a chance to actually pull codes with it yet, as I've not had any check engine lights come on yet.

If you're talking about a true DRB scan tool (Specific to the Chrysler, i.e. Town & Country, but would guess it's the same for the caravans), forget about it unless you repair these vehicles for a living. They're literally a $6000 tool (nope, didn't add an extra zero by accident). Check out this "steal" (http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/CHRYSLER-DRB-III-DIAGNOSTIC-SCAN-TOOL_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQcategoryZ43989QQihZ009QQite mZ190100530662QQrdZ1QQsspagenameZWDVW) on ebay

I bought an OBDII at sears for $99. Of course it works on all OBDII's. Simple to use if you have a home computer.
