Performance headers

To start off I have a '99 P71. I dont know everything about this car yet, but my limited knowledge tells me the CV 4.6 is exactly like a mustang GT's minus the heads. So my question is whether or not performance headers from a mustang would fit. I would think theyd bolt on no problem, its the clearance factor that im worried about. Any info will help
