They made 2 versions. A 180 HP front wheel drive and a 225 HP All wheel drive. You can get the all wheel drive as an option on the 180 HP version though if you want it.

Quattro is standar on both versions in Europe. And either way, you can see the "Quattro" badge in the grille.

Actually, the TT Quattro is most of the time FWD. When the Haldex differential senses that there is not enough traction, power is fed to the rear wheels. Other quattro models however, use the Torsen differential, which sends 50% of the power to the front wheels, and 50% to the rear.
