Need some help.

Okay, I'm looking into picking up a blitz urethane front bumper for my civic. I found someone selling one in riverside, CA.

Anywyas, i told him I told him I would take the bumper for $250 shipped. It has already been mounted, but not painted, or driven on, so he says. He wants me to send the money out, and then he will ship. I told him the only way I will send cash first, is via PayPal. Or, I will pay cash via COD when the bumper arrives. He says he hates paypal, and doesnt have an account anymore. But he will see if he can use his sisters account. Whatever.

Anyways, I asked him to send me pictures. He gladly sends me some pics of a bumper, off some guys auction on Ebay. Now that kind of pissed me off. So I emailed him asking for pics of the exact bumper.

Anyways, when, and if he sends pics. I may tell him send it COD, and I will gladly pay the $60 shipping up front. Better to get scammed $60 than $250. Im not saying he will scam me anyways, but you never know.

Now my question for you all is. Does any off here live in or around riverside, who may be willing to check the bumper out for me? This will acomplish three things for me. One, I can get a second opinion on the condition. Two, he will know I know where he lives. Third, if he is a scammer, he would probably say no to this.
