Is it a z28 or v6? One of my friends had a stock 1998 camaro z28, auto, 323 gears and another had an 04 srt4 with intake, downpipe, exhaust, short shifter, bov, then raced and the z28 got it by 3 or 4 length and was still pullin away and that was with the srt4 hittin every gear good. Also from a roll, the camaro didn't downshift and the srt did from 30 and it was pretty much dead even and the camaro inched away at about 85. But v6 camaro vs srt, not a chance in hell for the V6, those neons are fast, and i've seen that one bet a 98 cobra, and an lt1 camaro with exhaust and intake.

In srt4, if you can get off the line without spinning the tires there into the 13's stock, my friend with all those mods I listed earlier ran a 13.82, and his brother has stage 2 and all those mods in his srt4 and he ran 13.67 and he can't drive for shit. I'm not going to knock the srt-4 i've seen what they can do. But I will always love f-bodies more. As from a roll, those thing can be pretty wicked if they are already in boost range.

neon srt is lighter than it is strong or fast. add 700 pounds to it and then it becomes a fair race between it and a v-6 camaro IMO.

i like SRT-4s, and they're bastardly quick too.

there's one around here i've seen a few times that's making 540bhp at the wheels or something. my friend picked a race with it once in his old M3 4-door and it left us for dead.

Well it depends where u are....Skittles up here will rape most from a roll because of elevation....they can compensate for the elevation and us NA cars cant. Ur in Florida right? Well the playing field is more even for u against a skittle cause u dont have to battle against the elevation.

Actually alot....they arent always running that power as they arent always in the boost...Daily driven can be handled very well.
