2004 or 2005?

I am looking at purchasing a Goat very soon and was just wondering what you guys think? I know the 04 has the LS1 and the 05 has the LS2. and there is about a 50 HP difference. Is that really a big deal or not? If I get an 04 I dont want to regret not getting the 05 though. I now have a Grand Prix GT and I regret not getting a GTP.

Are there any 04 owners who regret getting that instead of the 05?

Also if anyone has taken theirs to the track what did it run in the 1/4 and what mods did you have?

Well, the 04 have a red like light that can be turned on for 200 bucks or so. there needs to be a speed correcting on the speedometer. free. the 04 can be beefed up more. headers and a better air intake. the 05 are the corvette engines. bothare great. i would go with the 05 b/c of the engine.
