starts, just for a second

My 1995 Cherokee starts for 4 seconds then shuts off. I just got a new battery and fuel filter. There is a descent amount of pressure at the fuel rail after replacing the filter, so i think the pump is good. I dont know if this is related, but just before this happened, the security system was malfunctioning. I took the fuses out, and now its not (ha!). All of the fuses and relays are good. I know you guys have probably been through this before, but my computer refuses to display the higher pages! Thanks for putting up with me.

CPS..top of the page here...comes to mind. Could be the security....jump to the coil...positive side with 12 volts. See if it stays running.
