I purchased a (POS) intake on ebay, and i had to remove the "MAF" screen to put the filter adapter on it, everything went together perfectly. Now when i drive it and rev it high and i push in the clutch the rpm dropps down and stalls unless i keep it in gear, but it doesent happen every time tho, it seems to do it the most when the engine has fully warmed up and has been running for over 10 min.
1. Does anyone know the cause? I duno if the screen playes a important part in the "MAF" functionality.

Sounds like you have a leak in the intake somewhere. Check to make sure everything is tight and you reconnected everything(MAF wires, IAT etc.

No its not important. Ditch that MAF screen. Its honestly worthless.
I concur. Check your vacuum connections after the MAF (i.e. PCV connections, etc) to make sure they are hooked up.
I hope you didnt buy the BOMZ intake. That thing is TINY!
