Is there such thing as an awd/ turbo 1994 celica? I've only seen up to 93 on the market. If there are 94+'s, email me saying where i can find them...

obviously you don't know much about Celicas
1994 - 1999 Celica GT-Fours are not sold in the US, they have it in Asia, Europe, and i think Canada (i am not sure though)
http://www.nordaffari.com/celicagt4.html
that's a GT-Four i found in Italy and tried to shipped over to US, but the cost became too great, so i didn't do it

how much would have cost?
...if you don't mind my asking...

well.... the cost for the car was about $8500, but including the cargo, shipping, handling, and me picking it up (i am on the east coast, NC, so may be some harbor in VA), all that, i estimated about $13 or $14k, this does not include legallizing the car within the US, giving it a Title and VIN number, making it fit the emission standard

Well the 94' Celica GT-Four was one of the most succesful WRC carsof the year?!?!?!.

actually.... the ST205 wasn't as succesful as other Celicas it did very well in Safari races... it has good heat resistance and endurance comparing to others, but it did horrible in the short swampy twist and turns of western europe races... but consider it was design so that normal every day drive could be fun also..... the performance was compromised
http://www.tte.de/st205.html
also...
Celica was kicked out of WRC b/c the turbo restrictor was placed in a way that it would allow more air into the engine when the car is moving(which obviously defeat the purpose of FIA regulation of putting on the turbo restrictor)

Good luck finding a ST205 that's LHD. Let alone, the difficulties involved in registering it for U.S.

I would hardly call it that......although it did win the championship in 1993 and 1994, the Lancia Delta Integrale would have to be declared the most successful of all time though.
That was the only year Toyota had any success with the ST 205, since the previous year they utilised the ST 185, and then if you look deeper, Toyota only won 1 rally in the 1994 season, so their victory as a manufacturer was based more on consistency than wins.
BTW, I see you found Lau's modelling page, he did a good job on that Celica didn't he.....

It was not so much the placement as the fact that Toyota figured out a way to actually bypass the restrictor plate while having the restrictor in the position required by the rules....
Clever on the part of Toyota, but the FIA didn't find it funny I guess;)

Was this Toyota's wrong doing, or TTE's ?
I recall this much; nobody was taking the blame... :)

Obviously it was TTE that prepared the car to 'WRC Spec' so I would imagine it would be them to blame.
When I said Toyota, obviously I meant the rally team, which would be TTE.

My info shows that Toyota competed in the ST205 from 1994 through 1998, so there is something wrong with it, I apologise.
I will be sending an e-mail to the webmaster of that site though asking them to get their info sorted out....
Either way, Toyota didn't get any championships in the ST 205, because from 1995 through 1997 Subaru owned the Championship!!
Either way, you did prove the point that the ST 185 was the most successful of the Celica's.....

Umm... no... Toyota didn't get any championships from 95-97 becuase they were not allowed to compete the remainder of the 1996 and entire 1997 season after the disqualification.
I wouldn't say they didn't win because of Subaru. Unless an undercover Subaru driver snuck into TTE camp and installed "the most ingenious piece of engineering I have ever seen." ( - FiA inspector )

LOL
I'll shut up when you stop with your propaganda.
You didn't just correct yourself, you had to throw in your so called Subaru dominance. Claiming Toyota didn't win because of Subaru.
I don't recall there being any rule violations when Toyota won three in a row with the ST185. (not mentioning the ST165's success) Maybe you know something I don't?
This is a forum for discussion. I will speak my mind whenever and however I want. As long as I conform to the rules; I don't think you should be worried about "my shutting up"...
