95 4X4 5.7l Ext cab truck hesitates on hwy

I have a 95 Z71 ext cab truck and it runs perfect except for that is slightly hesitates on the hwy. Everytime you just start to give it a little gas it hesitates just a bit. It is not very bad but it drives me crazy. My truck has 239k on it. (I should be happy it runs at all and shutup probably!)
