Just recently when starting from a stop when the motor is cold theres a delayed throttle response aprox 1 second.
After driving for five or ten minutes its gone and response is normal, there's no other symptoms.
New plugs and wires a few months ago,no codes or miss fires other than that she's been running fine.
The action on the throttle itself is smooth,no sticky.

this is normal in gtps, my '04 has always done this, I found it best to let it warm for a few extra minutes on cold mornings and then start my trip, seems to stop the problem for the most part...

Yea alot of Grand Prixs do that i believe that is a normal thing for cars to do. Since the Engine is cold, its not gonna be running the same as if it was all warmed up and the oil distributed throughout the engine yet. Let it warm up a little extra. I always let my 2001 Pontiac Grand Prix SE warm up until the Temp gauge hits the 160 temp mark evenly.
