94 honda prelube no spark

i am working on a 94 honda prelube si with a 2.3. i just replaced the moter and i have no spark or fuel. the car ran when i pulled it into my garage. i have replaced the computer, distributor,cap,rotary button,and the coil. i hooked up a snap on comuter and it coulk not cummunicate with the cars computer. the check engine light does not come on.

Have you checked all the grounds? Battery?

The ground for the ecm is on the engine.I think its under the dizzy.

Will you cel light come for 2 seconds(this is the buld check),If not that is what i would look at first.
