Help!!!

In a bind! I just bought a '98 z24 cav and i think i may have tripped anti-theft!! I am broke and a sitting duck!! Ive already tried a few things ie the turning on and off key security light 3X's :banghead: :screwy:

What is the "Security" light doing when you turn the ignition on without starting the engine?

the light on dash was blinking and everytime i opened car door sounded like hazards were on and a clicking noise!! but great news!! i found reset button just under the steering column go figure!! i am now aware that any time i mess with battery i must reset !!! joy!! thanks so much for your concern!! i was beginning to think i was a girly girl !! YUCK!!
