gauge problems

my gauges don't work in my :banghead: 01 dodge quad cab. they were fine the night before then noticed that I was out of gas. I looked at everything else and nothing was working. Not even the miles reader.When I go to turn the truck on, none of the lights turn on. Does anybody have suggestions? It would really help me out

Isn't this carrying "detailing" a bit too far? I usually just vacuum mine! :bricks1:
