Projector Lights with City Lights

What are the City lights??

do you mean like high beams and low beams? high beams and day time running lights?

OK, to clarify my question. I got some Projector Headlights for my 79 Camero. The Headlights had a blue small light mounted at the bottom inside with separate wires going to it. Someone said these were City Lights?? I was wondering what that meant or how these work?

i believe they're like dRLs. they stay on all the time.. why they're called city lights? beats me, maybe cuz yure not supposed to high beaming shit..
