Oil Weight for 351 Cleveland Engine

Hi,
I live in California and have a 1971 Ford Mustang Mach 1 with a 351 cleveland engine and a FMX transmission. What is the best oil weight for my car?

10-40 is a good all around weight.

10-40 is a good all around weight.

Yeah i'd say a 10-30 / 10-40 full synthetic (In my opinion)
