Hifonics

hi, i am thinking of being cheap on a new amp for my type r with subs you can't hear the difference. i was thinking of using the HIFONICS BXi2006D amp for 2 reasons. it is only 300 bucks and it does leave room for growth later on. now i know that the lower the ohms on the brutus line the father away the actul output is from the stated now would it atleast put out 1500 watts at 1 ohm if it rated for 2k at 1 ohm

I doubt you will hear the difference between 1500 and 2000 watts ... that's like .5 dB. If that's what you can afford right now, then it's probably your best option.

like i wanted to finish it up for a little bit. i am holding back on getting resonant enginering for my second car. i'm still getting us amp merlin line for the speakers though.
