There had been plans to create a 6th gen lude but then sales on the 5th gen in the US dropped below normal so Honda gave up on the Idea. Tell me what you think of It.

just put [img ] in front and [/img ] at the end. in between put the website. no spaces
and btw, that pic is old, very old. i thought it was butt-ugly back then, and still do. don't expect that thing to be released though.

That 6 Gen is butt ass ugly dude, i hope they go a different route with it, personaly i like the 4th gens the most, i dont like the square headlights. On that 6th gen it looks like they are emphasising the square headlights. I wouldnt get one.(unless it did a 10 second 1/4 mile)

:silly2: Ha!, a prelude with a 10 second 1/4 mile. anyway I see what ur sayin they really do emphasise the square lights, and believe me the 4th gen is defintley the best Prelude of all. Hopefully they will come back with another prelude thats continues the 4th gens strait lights. It would definatly look better and a lot more people would buy it as well.It's really a shame they decided to stop making the prelude but mabye they'll pick it back up again in the future (soon).:cool:

Thought I would stand up for the 5th gen..while i think that the 4th gen front looks damn nice..damn nice.! the rear looks straight silly. And the lines are not as refined. Eyes gentelmen big ol' pretty eyes that is what the 5th gen has...just an opinon

Hey, dont get me wrong, i think that the 5th gens are very sporty and nice looking. I think that the ideal prelude would be the 5th gen rear with the 4th gen front. And they could also take the weight down a little bit, expecially on the 5th gen.

poor sales in japan probably killed it the most. not only was the gen5 too 'new' looking back then, 2doors are a hard sell for these bad economic conditions in japan (last 12 years).
the would've been gen6 is pretty nice looking. i would've bought it if it came with a 6speed.
