Ok heres the thing. When I'm driving the car will randomly bogg down. From what I can see inside the car the a/f gauge goes completly black and doesn't read anything at all. or it will just not move at all but then it goes back to normal after a while or once i shift into another gear.

It boggs down when you are driving normal or when you are giving it some gas? Anything else the car does at the time? Or what causes it to bog down?

really its during normal driving for the most part. But its fast if i step on the gas and everything works the way its supose to.

I would take a look at the front O2 sensor. At WOT the ECU uses feedback from the MAS (and some other sensors) to calculate fuel delivery. If you are at cruise / idle the feedback for fuel delivery is the O2 sensor. If the ECU doesn't receive voltage from the O2 sensor, your FT's will skyrocket and you will be running very rich and could be the cause of your bogging.

I would also take a look at things like plugs, wires, etc. Do you have a logger so you can read the actual O2 voltage? The blinking AFR gauges aren't worth too much.

Thats what I was thing and it does read rich some of the time but then other times it reads fine it just depends on its mood i guess I'll just replace and that should fix the problem right.

Might want to think about picking up a logger :)

Also, check out www.sparkplugs.com for cheap, OEM O2 sensors.
