Hello all! First post to this great site, glad I found it! I hope that you all can help me - I did a search but guess that I did not word it right as I did not come up with much. I have a problem with the stereo in my 2002 Trailblazer LS. Right now the folks at Circuit City are running me around... I think.
Here is the problem: the rear speakers stopped working about a year ago and now the front speakers are going out. Could be channels going out, bad speakers, stereo..... need a quick and cost efficient solution.
Just been putting up with it as life has been busy but tired of it now and have to do something. Is this a relatively common problem? Any solutions?
Thank you very much in advance!!

Although I can't thoroughly explain what could be causing your stereo problem, I do know that if it is indeed the speakers, replacing them would be cheap and relatively easy to do. You could just put in some cheap car speakers from the local sprawl-mart, but IMO, if you're going to take apart the door to replace, might as well put in some good speakers. I did one of those Crutchfield orders and upgraded mine. Got the install sheets if you want 'em.
