89 Toyota Pickup 22re Radiator Problem

I recently noticed that my radiator overfill was constantly empty. I checked and didn't notice any leaks there. While checking I saw that the radiator itself was really low, so I filled both the overflow and radiator. Well, I did that and the truck temperature climbed into the red and then dropped back down and stayed at the normal level where it should be. Well, obviously something was wrong. Once I parked, I noticed water had dripped out the front of the radiator, right under the radiator cap. I immediately suspected a faulty radiator cap, and changed it. Well, even once it was changed, it still is dripping there everytime I shut off the engine. My overflow empties out and the water level drops in the radiator till I cant visually see any water in there. However, the car at this point DOES NOT OVERHEAT. In fact, it seems to run as if everything is ok. My father heard that this may be possibly a Coolant Temperature Sensor problem? Could that be it? I had the radiator pressure tested, and even flushed and all was well. Does anyone have any idea on what exactly the problem is?

Have your cooling system pressure checked.
Check your oil, does it look like oil or a milkshake?
What does your exhaust look like?

I had my cooling system pressure checked and no problem there. My exhaust is normal. Oil looks like oil, no milkshake there. As far as I have checked, everything seems to be normal, except the water level. :/

If the oil and exhaust look normal that helps rule out a blown Head Gasket, but not totally. You could have the engine compression tested to be sure.
I once had a 22R with quite similar symptoms. After the 2nd HG I swapped the engine out cause I had a spare. Never bothered to check for sure but there had to have been a cracked head or similar.
If the coolant is not being burned (and you didn't mention big puddles), I'm not sure where it's going either.
