what suggestions can I get to help fix my brakes, the pedal is very hard. It stops fine but you have to stand up on the pedal to get it to stop and when at idle it still does not hold very good. The pedal does nto go to the floor so it has plenty of pressure in the lines. New booster about a year ago...so any suggestioins?
thanks!

Sounds like it could be a master cylinder going bad.

sounds like booster not operating correctly or bad check valve.
if you hold pressure on the brake & start truck, the pedal should drop
slightly letting you know its operating correctly (booster)
or possibly frozen wheel cylinder
