Whats up everyone, just thought I share this with you.
Yesterday I was at VW in Indy and I took a test drive in Jetta GLI
The ride was awsome, it had a 6peed manual and 17's on it.
Just wanted to know if there are any cons to the jetta.
The styling was tight so is the speed.
Im impressed with performance, but not very impressed with the handling nor interior.
Need some input from you guys
Thanks

The car JAMS!! You'll never be sorry for buying one! I love the interior and the soft suspension is a plus as I drive alot of highway miles.

Im planning to buy the car in the spring of '03 for sure. I love that 6speed trany and the german v6. I hang out @ vwvortex.com., but I don't post anything there, just love to read the threads about vw's. I'm sure you know of the forum its great. Oh btw great choice of color you got and a car.

The current Jetta is the A4 platform, the previos is the A3 and the one I have is the A2
The A5 is the forthcoming Jetta- which will arrive with the Mk 5 Golf- I still say go for the A4 (Current) one though :D

I might just wait and stack some paper just to see what A5 is going to look like. Hopefuly its a lil biger and more powerful than A4. On the downside I wouldn't want a new model just because of numbers of recals on new models. And on top of that it might be ugly--who knows.
Thanks for the explanation.
