91 CRX DX
In the middle of the underhood fusebox; there's a yellow horizontal Torx screw whose function escapes me. It does not seem to anchor the box down; it looks like you remove it to break a circuit. A friend guessed airbags, but as well know, there are none in a CRX.
Anyone know?

Airbags hahaha....the only safety feature a crx ever came with was brakes..and if they could be they would have been an option :P

The 90-91's have door side impact beams but that doesn't really do much. CRX's are basically death traps especially with todays suv craze and stuff.
Here one that was sliced in pieces:

Yeah I do know about the impact beams..but I dont consider it a feature thats worth a damn. As for that screw..I have no idea.
That guy was also not wearing his seatbelt (not that it would have saved him), and was probably doing 100+, probably closer to 115-120. Ive seen incidents involving hatches and crx's going headlong into a guard rail and walking away, that guy got tore up!
