99 Olds Intrigue Will start run, and then won't

I can go out start me car go where ever I want never have a problem as long as I leave it running, until it warms up and I kill the car, Then it won't start back up? Can you help?
replaced fuel filter, fuel pump, ign coils, and still have problem.

The starter will turn over, but it has to cool off before I can start it again.

Hey I have a '99 Oldsmobile Intrigue 3.8. I have a similar problem, though my problem started a little different. The first part was the the car would run for a while and then just shut off. I hooked up the scan tool to it and it read that it was a faulty MAF, so I replaced it. Now the car starts cold fine, and it will keep running until it runs out of gas. The problem is that once it is warm, you shut it off, it will turn back on and then shut right off.

Things that have been changed: plugs/wires, fuel filter, IAT, ECT, MAF.
The ignition module is fine, the fuses are fine, battery/cable are good, fuel pump is good, there's fuel pressure.

The only little thing I noticed that when you shut the car off, it sounds like an air relieve or something for like a second. I don't know if that's normal or not.

Now, with the ignition system, since I have seen that that's the big thing with these cars. I bought this car a little less than a year, and it was a front end collision car. I do believe that the ignition part (where you put the key in) was replaced to a standard. There no security lights coming on like in my Taurus or Buick, and the key is not chipped like my other two cars. I did go to make a key copied and they told me at the store that there is no chip in it.

My question now is, what's next? Is it the PCM? the EGR? I am pulling my hair out trying to fix it. No codes are coming up on the scanning tool.
