Hey Kids....I have a weird one..on a recent trip both lowbeams stopped working at the same time....I assume its the fuse, but I cant seem to find it
Is my diagnosis correct? does anyone know where the fuse is?
Thanks....

what year tracker do you own? On my 96 there was a relay for the headlamps under the dash on the right side. But do not rule out the headlamps themselves as I have seen both bulbs go at the same time..

I have a similar problem with my 94. Except that my low beams come on but very dim. What could cause this?

that sounds like a bad ground somewhere

Hmmm....The high beams work fine. Wouldn't a bad ground make both Hi and Lo beams dim?

Did you figure out the problem. I had the same thing happen with mine, but I was reinstalling the clutch pedal (the spot weld to the shaft broke - go figure) and I moved the starter switch interlock from the pedal area to just hanging under the dash where I could press it with my finger to start the car. Of course I didn't know the headlights didn't work till night time, but holding in the high beam switch activated the headlamps so I could get home. Does the interlock switch need to be in its housing (which would ground it) or did I move something else?
Update: All the fuses are OK, dashboard indicator lights shows DRL are on and the clutch interlock is back in place but the low beam headlights still do not work. Mine is a 97 2 WD Tracker, so where is the headlight relay and what does it look like???
