93 Ranger 5-Speed

Any advise on removing (and re-installing) a Mazda, 5-speed, manual tranny from a 93 Ford Ranger. BTW, It's got a 3.0L V-6.
It looks like there's plenty of room once the exhaust is out of the way.
Any surprises I should know about?
