What mufflers for my contour svt????

I have a 99 contour svt with trubendz y-pipe ebay intake and res/cat delete with crappy flo-pro mufflers, and im really getting sick of my crappy flo-pro's they are baffled and suck big ballzinkies! I heard a tone from an apexi N1 and fell in love but its way to much $$$ I want a deep tone and want to get away from the tipical flowmaster 40, dynamax, magnaflow ect... I want a boom tube ..yes you heard me right a tuner muffler "fart cans" for lack of better terms lol!....Do you think this would help me achieve my deep tone??I dont care how loud is. KEEP IN MIND IN 17 i would,.. but cant afford the real apexi N1 and i find that Tsudo and Megan are right in the middle in terms of price and quality.

If you want a deep tone put your resonators back on and get a real exhaust...

If you want a deeper tone, your only option is a 3.0L.

Honestly, I think Magnaflow are one of the best mufflers out there. Thats just about what everyone runs including myself on CEG.

Raspy, resonators remove raspyness.. Most any muffler company makes resonator too, I don't know too much about exhausts (something that never really attracted me) but I do know removing resonators on a low displacement motor (4 cylinder or v6) will make it sound very raspy

I can imagine with your current setup, its going to be loud and very raspy! With 2 fart cans, it will sound okay at idle but anything above that will probably be raspy again. I suggest getting a magnaflow resonator and 2 magnaflow mufflers. May not be in your budget, but if your looking for quality and a good sound, that will definetely do it.

BTW just out of curiosity why did you remove your cat/resonators... It's not like they free up horsepower (unless they were clogged to the limit).. Not having a cat can actually decrease performance.

If you like rasp and drone, go with the fart cans. If you want to get a decent sound go with something along the lines of Magnaflow or Borla. At the very least, use a quality resonator(a must with no cats) and fart can mufflers. Then that way you can have an at least semi decent sounding exhaust and impress all your ricer friends.

If thats the case, then thats a double whammy unfortunately. Poor sound and poor performance.
