Wiring D16Y8/D15B7 mini-me

I recently did a mini-me swap in my '97 Civic EX using the D16Y8 head& intake manifold on the D15B7 block. I took almost everything off the old D16Y8 block and put it on the D15B7. I'm wiring it back up, and need a little help.
Are there any wiring guides for the D16Y8?
Also, how do I refill the clutch fluid?
