3231 sedan

I have a 323i sedan 2000, some of the steering wheel feature are not working( Radio Volume and Cruise control ). I opened the cover, removed the steering wheel and all the contacts seem to be ok on the steering colum. I check the fuse box fuse 9 (speed control ) is ok and in the E-box the fuse is ok . I'm wondering if there is a relay for this control. If so where is it located??? Please help
