aiming the headlights on a 2005 golf

Does anyone know how to aim the headlights on a 2005 golf

There are 2 yellowish 5mm hex screws on the back side of the headlights. You turn them either way, 1 moves up/down, the other moves laft/right. Just drive up to your garage door at night with the lights on, open the hood and turn the screws and see the light move on the door.
