86 Ford Tempo Wiring

Last week, the clock decided to stop lighting up. It was still working, I just couldn't see it in the dark. A couple days ago, it decided to start lighing up again, and today, my car's lights wouldn't go off, even though I'd turned them off. I disconnect the battery. When I reconnected the battery, the lights were off.

What do you think is wrong with my car?
